Email Coaching-The Newest Trend in Life Coaching

by on Mar.16, 2012, under Coaching

Sometimes knowing that just one person is in our corner makes it possible to get through a tricky situation, or a bad day. The problem that some people run into is that they simply don’t have anyone who not only has a seemingly unlimited well of unconditional faith and who has the time to provide the motivation when it’s needed. These people benefit from having a life coach.

Not only does a life coach stand in their client’s corner and encourage them to keep trying, even when everything else tells the person to just give up, but the life coach will also provide their client with the tools they need to reach deep inside of themselves and learn how to become their own biggest fan.

These days, life coaching has gone through an evolution. These days, people who have trained to become a life coach have found that they can broaden their client base by creating an email coaching program.

The way that email coaching works is that the life coach sends an encouraging email to their clients. Each coach has their own formula, some send the email every day and arrange regularly scheduled chats where they touch base with their clients and teach them how to take control of their fate. Others have regular email conversions with their clients.

Not only does email coaching allow the life coach reach expand their client base, but it’s also a great deal more affordable than more traditional forms of life coaching. One of the added bonuses that some life coaches have discovered is that many of their clients are more open when they’re communicating via email, they have an easier time expressing themselves when they write things down as opposed to talking face to face.

Tips for Creating a Good Email Marketing Program

by on Feb.23, 2012, under Marketing

Email marketing has really taken off in the last few years. Even brick and mortar companies have become very diligent about collecting customs email addresses so that the business can send the customer updated info about changes in business hours, upcoming sales and promotions, and even prized customer rewards.

Email marketing isn’t new. It’s a modification of postal marketing. The difference is the price. When a company stops mailing flyers to its customer and replaces them with emails, they’ll be saving thousands and thousands of dollars.

Even though email marketing can be very effective, companies do want to put some effort into making sure that they do it right.

If your business has decided to start using email marketing, you need to make sure that the email provider you’re going to use has a reputation for being reliable. If you send out a thousand promotional emails, you want to make sure they get delivered. The other thing you’re going to want to keep in mind is your budget. You need a good service provider, but you also have to be able to pay your bills. Don’t sign a contract with a provider until you’ve checked out all of your options. Don’t try to save money by not mentioning that you’re using the account for business purposes. The service provider will find out and could cut your service or hit you with a huge fine.

Resist the temptation to send a mass amount of emails. Sending out to many promotional emails could very well result in your clients marking them as spam. Only send important promotional emails.

Before sending your email marketing material, you’re going to want to make sure that you’ve taken the time to make sure that all of the links work.

Emails, Anxiety, and Electronic Cigarettes

by on Apr.26, 2012, under e-cigarette reviews

I always thought that working out of my home instead of in a more traditional work environment would be easy. I was wrong. There have been days when I think I would actually sell my soul if it meant going back to my old job.

The first cause for all my stress seems to be the constant barrage of emails I have in my inbox. It seems like every time I move away from my computer, even for just a few minutes, it seems like about twenty more emails show up. Every single one always seems to be incredibly urgent, and the sender of each email seems to be of the opinion that I don?t have anything else to do. It?s enough to drive anyone mad.

The thing that really baffles me is the knack people have for sending emails in the middle of the night and thinking I?ll be able to get to them right away.

The constant mountain of emails I?m constantly buried makes up only one element of my stress. My friends and family seem to think that because I work out of my home, my time must not be every bit as valuable as theirs. They seem to think that I can drop everything to deal with their issues.

It was during one particularly bad day that I sat down and was goofing around with the computer and stumbled upon some electronic cigarettes reviews. The idea of battery powered cigarettes intrigued me so I read through a few of them.

I guess you could say that it was curiosity more than anything else that drove me to check out the top electronic cigarettes and to ultimately use some e cig coupons and purchase GreenSmoke electronic cigarettes and start to use them. I really wanted to know if the vapor the cigarettes produced really tasted like smoke the way all the promotional material says it does. What I didn?t anticipate was falling in love with the electronic cigarettes.

I?ve noticed that when the emails start piling up and I start feeling overwhelmed that by taking a few quick puffs on the electronic cig, a large amount of my tension melts away, allowing me to focus on the issues at hand and organize my thoughts and organize my emails into the order that they have to be completed. I can?t believe how much less anxious I feel now that I?ve discovered electronic cigarettes.

Leaving a Lifetime of Chain Smoking

by on Apr.21, 2012, under e cigarette coupons

There was a time when I only smoked the occasional cigarettes, but at some point during my early twenties, the occasional cigarettes somehow morphed to several cigarettes a day and eventually turned into chain smoking. After twenty years of chain smoking, I?m really starting to feel the effects. Half of the time I have to ask people to repeat their computer problems before I?ve fully grasped the problem, because my breathings so labored. I no longer have any energy at all and find simple things like climbing to the top of the grandstand at the local county fair something I can barely do. Worst of all my smoking habit has begun to take a toll on my sleeping. Not only has my constant coughing and wheezing caused my wife to move into a separate bedroom, but it?s starting to wake my up at night.

One night was so bad, I was having so much trouble breathing that I was actually afraid to go to sleep because I wasn?t sure that I?d wake up.

The fear drove me to the computer where I started to do all sorts of research and reading up on things like White Cloud E Cig Ratings, SmokeTip E Cigarettes Reviews, and Eluma Electric Cigarette Review. Even though a lot of the information I read seemed encouraging, the electronic cigarettes were supposed to provide me with all the things I?ve learned to expect from traditional cigarettes, but I couldn?t shake the sensation that things just didn?t add up. Electronic cigarettes sounded too good to be true. People seemed just a little to quick to say good things about the battery powered cigarettes.

Still something had to give, and I couldn?t see myself giving up my cigarettes easily. I decided that between a online coupon I found and the fact that the starter kit came with a 30 day money back guarantee, purchasing a Premium Electronic Cigarette starter kit wouldn?t hurt anything.

I?d love to say that the electronic cigarettes were just like my regular cigarettes, but they aren?t. I will say that they?re an acceptable substitute. I still occasionally sneak the occasional tobacco laced cigarette because the electronic cigarette vapor doesn?t quite match the smoky flavor, but for the most part I try using the electronic cigarettes as much as I possibly can. My wife likes the fact that I don?t smell like smoke, I like the convenience of the electronic cigarettes, and every one likes the amount of money I?ve been saving.

The Only Thing That Never Lets Me Down

by on Apr.11, 2012, under bingo websites

There are some things in my life that always let me down. I would like to give you the run down on just a few of those things but I would also like to show you the one thing that has yet to fail me. So without further ado, allow me to introduce you to my list.

My car lets me down. Now, I have been driving this car for 4 years. I hate my car. I bought it simply because it was the only thing I could afford. Ever been there? It is ugly and it is small. Not only that but it is slow. No matter how I try to shine it up, it is still a low down bottom feeder. It lets me down. But my online bingo no deposit games could change that. They haven?t let me down yet. I?ve been playing for 2 months and I am quickly amassing enough cash rewards to replace my junky ride.

My clothes let me down. I don?t know about you but I still wear jeans and shirts that are 7 years old. They are incredibly worn out and, well just to be honest, they are ugly too. No matter where I go they are unfashionable and out of date. The colors are not bright and the material is not soft. My clothes let me down, but my online bingo sites never do. While I may have many questions about my clothes, when it comes to bingo there are many online associates that can guide me through any issues I may have. From Bet365 Bingo to Bingo Cams, there is always someone available to help if I need it.

My job lets me down. I have been working at the same job for 17 years. My boss is a clown and my tasks are ridiculous. My pay has not changed in 4 years and no matter what I try, I cannot get any extra days off. My job lets me down almost everyday, but my online bingo hobby does not let me down. While I have not yet amassed enough money through new bingo sites that I might quit my job, I am quickly working towards that. Each day I have a chance to win thousands. That is exciting. It does not let me down.

My house lets me down. It is small and cramped. I have no yard and I have no extra rooms. Our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are not enough for my growing family. Not to mention my oldest daughter who just moved back in and yes you guessed it?she is letting me down too. But guess what isn?t letting me down? Yep, you are right. Bingo Hollywood never lets me down. I win some kind of cash or cool prize almost every single time I play.

So the moral of the story is this: when the world lets you down (and it will, trust me!), turn to online bingo for some fun. Not only will it deliver a good time 100% of the time, but it is also likely to bring you some extra cash at the same time.

How Professional Email Hackers Operate

by on Apr.09, 2012, under Hackers

Most of us live in fear that our email accounts will be hacked. The biggest worry that most of us have regarding the hacking, is that our personal emails, and the things we don’t want some people to find out about will somehow get leaked to the wrong people. In most cases, when the email accounts get hacked, the address book with our contacts gets opened so that the hacker can send viral link to everyone listed. What you probably didn’t realize was how much the hacker gets paid for complicating your life.

Most of us assume that we got hacked because we visited a website that hooked a nasty little cookie to our compute which spied on us and was able to determine what email password we used and then stole it. While this could happen, in most cases, the hacker was actually a person who just wants to earn a living. If the hacker can crack your password, they can sell it to the companies which than pay the hacker about $1000.

The truly alarming part about having your email hacked, is how easily the hacker was able to do it. A good professional hacker really doesn’t have to rely on any special software. The just follow a few simple steps that involve collecting your email address and using it in a reverse search to find information about you, including your hobbies and interests. They collect this information from places like Twitter, Facebook comments, blog posts, and topics you’ve participated in on discussion forums. Once they’ve collected some information about your likes and interests, the professional hacker will send you an email about a product they know you’ll be interested in. The link sent is phishing link that allows the hacker access to all your email information.

The best way to avoid being hacked by a pro, is to only open emails from people/companies you know well.

Bingo has been around for a really long time. It?s a simple game that people have played at county fairs, in school, and at community centers for centuries. Unlike other games of chance which have gone through several different transitions over time until the game currently played bears very little resemblance to the original version of the game, bingo really hasn?t changed that much. How to Make the Transition to E-Cigs

by on Mar.28, 2012, under e-cigarette reviews

There have been some people who have been able to effortlessly make the transition from analog cigarettes to electronic cigarette without the slightest bit of trouble. One day they?re chain smoking, the next they?re using electronic cigarettes. It?s almost as if there?s no transition period at all.

You have to understand that the number of smokers who go through this type of smooth transition to electronic cigarettes tend to be few and far between. The rest of us have to take things a little bit slower and really plan ahead.

Finding a brand of electronic cigarette that closely resembles the type of cigarette you generally use in both flavor and vapor density will go a long way towards an easy transition. The best way to find the best match for you will be reading through customer reviews which you can find at an e-cigarettes reviews site. You?ll want to make sure that the eSmoke reviews by users, SmokeTip reviews, and Pure Cigs reviews have been written by folks who actually use electronic cigarettes and don?t work for the retailors. In addition to finding out how other?s felt about a brand of electronic cigarettes you?ll also want to check out the Blu Cigs ratings and find out how much they?ve changed since the date the reviews was posted.

You shouldn?t try to force yourself to use the electronic cigarette exclusively. This might work for some people, but the average person does best if they slowly integrate it into their life. Allow yourself to still enjoy a regular cigarette, but slowly add the electronic cigarette to your routine. A good way to start would be to take a puff of two from your electronic cigarette after you?ve finished the analog cigarette.

After you?ve adjusted to the idea of the electronic cigarette you should leave your regular pack of cigarettes at home, and use the electronic cigarette while you commuting to work. Another tactic that some people have tried is using an analog cigarette during one smoking break and then using the electronic cigarette for the next. They gradually increased the number of times they used the electronic cigarette while decreasing the number of times they used the analog cigarettes. Eventually they had transitioned over to electronic cigarettes completely.

Keep in mind that there?s no point in rushing the transition. Every single person?s different. You need to do whatever?s best for you. Don?t feel bad if it takes you weeks, or even months, before you exclusively using the electronic cigarette. You?ll get there.

If your ultimate goal is to wean yourself from nicotine, you need to be patient. Don?t even think about decreasing the amount of nicotine you consume until you?ve adjusted to the electronic cigarettes. You?ll only be able to handle a certain number of changes at a time. There?s no point in trying to over do things.
